Lennox 80UHG Furnace after lighting strom

After a recent lighintg storm the fan in my furnace came on suddenly. Furnace was not one at the time. Could not get it to shut off without power interruption. Now furnace not operable and the (2) green lights on the internal circuit board are flashing

Lennox 80UHG Furnace after lighting strom

What does the manual say the green lights are supposed to be doing? I am thinking that both of them flashing means the unit is in a "call for heat" mode. Could be any number of things. Wich fan is running? Is it the draft inducer or the blower?
