Kohler Whirlpool wont turn on

My 8 year old indoor Kohler whirlpool stopped turning on this morning. The power to the 20A dedicate GFCI outlet is fine. The whirlpool has a 2 speed switch for high and low. When the switch is pushed nothing happens.

I tried reseating the switch cable at the motor. Based on my research the problem seems to be one of the following:

1. Bad switch ($83 with cable)
2. Bad circuit board ($404)
3. Bad motor ($?)

I would like to check the swtich. It has 4 conductors with a telephone jack connector on the end. Does anyone know the pinout for these switches?

To replace the circuit board I will need to pull the model. Do I need to replace the gaskets if I decide to pull the motor?

Thanks for any advice that you can offer
