Kenmore side-by-side won't make iceI

My refrigerator (Kenmore 106.4410) stopped making ice. The water dispenser in the door works. The led was flashing an error code (2 blinks, followed by one second pause) so I replaced the emitter and receive boards. Now, when the emitter flapper door is closed, the led is steady, but still no ice. Now what?

you'll need to start the icemaker into a harvest mode and observe what happens. either your icemaker is bad, your water vavle is bad or you fill tube is frozen, that is why you need to get it into a cycle and see what happens next
