Kenmore refrigerator ice maker not working

I have model number 106.56532400. I have replaced both cards, made sure the switch is on, water comes out of the water dispenser. I don't hear the dispenser try to cycle. The water should come out of approx 1" black tube in the ceiling. Not having any access to any other fill tube that have been described in other posts I unplugged the refrigerator and let the freezer warm up. The emitter light blinks twice, pause, blink twice. I tried pressing the on off switch three times, it's the same. I unplugged, plugged in and same. Any Ideas?

I usually check google and see if there's something else to check. Sounds like you've tried a lot.

have you checked the water valve in the back of the unit? When you say card, what parts are you refering to? Have you cycled the ice maker manualy to see if it will go through the cycle and take water?
