Default I've got A Roper RT185DKXKQ00 which cools great

I've got A Roper RT185DKXKQ00 which cools great but when it cycles on you can hear what sounds like either the fan or compressor laboring. It eventually stops making this sound but the whole time it happening you can hear loud static coming through the TV and Stereo speakers, touch lighting in our dining room flickers on, and I lose internet access for several minutes. I thought it may have been the incoming power so we had the power company replace the transformer. It does this regardless of house temperature or time of day. Any suggestions?

That was my first thought but don't have any drawings on it and can't determine where exactly the start relay is. I'm guessing it's the small plastic box attached to the compressor. Does that sound right to you? There's nothing that is up inside of the frige that I need to empty everything out is there?

I think I figured it out. I pulled the fridge out inn order to monitor the problem and it hasn't done it since. Now that I have adiquit airflow I can only assume it was getting too hot due to lack of airflow so the thermal overload (if this fridge has one) was on the edge of from tripping. There is a white box on the side of the compressor that I think is the cause of this problem but I don't have a spec sheet to break down what it is. Thanks for the suggestiosns
