Installing a recessed dryer vent with a flush dryer electrical outlet?

I'm wanting to install one of these to give a little more room in the laundry room. Is this pretty straight forward to install?

How about one of these? The one I have now is a wall mounted and sticks out pretty far. What kind of receptacle box does this go in?

So this and the recessed dryer vent kit will help out a lot.

Tryed one did not like it.
You loose all the insulation in that area.
How are you going to make the right hand trun behind the wall?
One of these worked better.

My laundry room is on an inside wall so that won't be much of an issue.

Not sure I understand the "right hand turn behind the wall" comment.
