Installing an oven
Hello!,
I have been looking into putting an oven into an accessory apartment in MA (Topsfield), and was wondering what the rule was about that. I realize that it has to have it's own ground circuit breaker, but is there an issue with having a full oven in the accessory apartment? I read all the by laws for the town and it says nothing about kitchen appliances, simply who is allowed to live there, square footage, etc.
Anyone know what kind of work this would take? Or any issues I would run into?
