Installation of a wall oven

I currently have a 24". I want to put in a 27". Is Lowes jipping me by charging me money to have a person come out to measure? I know they'll have to cut. But will it require some extra work.

Will a 27" fit?

Do you know what to look for to see if it will fit?

Have you downloaded the install instructions to see what the rough-in requirements are?

Can you assure them they can accomplish the install in one trip?

Do you work for free?

Even if you are on the right track, you will still get run over if you just sit there.
