Ice Maker Issue

Had a storm that knocked out power for several hours. Ice in Kenmore frige dispenser began to melt. When power was restored I removed all clumped ice from bucket and started over. Everything works fine excewon't dispense. Auger helix won't turm nor will drive mechanism. Any thoughts??

Ice Maker Issue

did you remove the bucket and all the ice or just the clumps? Remove bucket, dump all the ice, run hot water through the bucket.

Ice Maker Issue

If still doesn't work after Hw/m above post and the buckets on the door-the disp mtr is burned out-common prob when ice melts.
