I have a full size upright kenmore freezer Model # 253 9203281
 

We defrosted the entire freezer and less than one month the coils are icing up.

Double check that model #.
Check the door seal by using a dollar bill. Close it in the door in several places, should be hard to pull out.

if it is not a self defrost freezer then you have an air leak around the door seal
