I bought these appliances

I just bought Whirlpool Gold dishwasher, model 2455 and Whirlpool washing machine, Cabrio model 6200s 3.8 cu. ft. w/ agitator.
Anybody know anything good/bad about these two Whirlpool appliances?
They really seem to perform well and VERY QUIET doing it.
Waiting to hear back on these?
I can't find but 1 or 2 reviews on these due to them being so new.
Thanks,
Kenny

Hmm, only thing I can say is that the new appliances are not made to last like the older ones, and I don't mean the really older ones. Seems like in the last 12/15 years, things have gone down hill. No more 15/20 year lifespans. Luckey to get 5 years.

I am not sure of any problems with the models that you have purchased but as long as you don't over load the washer and make sure if you break a glass in the dishwasher that you get all the broken parts out you should not have to many problem.

If by chance you do need something for your washer or dishwasher here is a good place to get your Appliance Parts.

I don't have experience with the specific said Whirpool but the house I just bought came with a 12 year old Whirpool dishwasher (don't remember the product number) but it worked great. It wasn't that quiet but for something that was 12 years old, I was really impressed. Unfortunately, I had to remodel and changed to stainless steel (chose Kinchenaid, which I also love).

I bought a house in 1988 and it came with a Kenmore 70 series washer and dryer. They still seem to work great so I hate to rplace the old work hourses. But when the time comes what do you appliance techs recommend? Should I stick with Kenmore?

What exactly does Kenmore mean?
