Huricane SANDY frig.... trick


if you freeze 6 big empty soda bottles 3/4s FULL... before she hits and you lose power...just put them into the frig side there on the highest shelf and they will chill the box to 45F easy...set the frig temp dial for the highest setting/coldest ...WHY... if you have frozen food up top older type frigs all that is is a damper from the freezer section with the colder air dropping down... check that BBQ tank if you want to cook thru it

just do not use the BBQ grill inside the home unless it is well vented as with any fuel burning appliance or you could create carbon monoxide which could have adverse health effects on everyone .....

same goes for using charcoal grills, camping stoves, etc.
