Humidity in door of dryer and trap after clothes are dry

I am able to dry my clothes completly in my dryer but if I don't empty the load immediately after they are finished they become damp due to humidity. I have cleaned my lint trap with tools and also cleaned the outside vent and made sure it's closing properly after it turns off. Does anyone know why this might be happening and what can I do to fix this?

Did you clean the whole pipe going outside or just the ends. Sounds like a venting restriction either in the dryer or pipe.
