Hotpoint Icemaker help

Needed to replace the auger, but did not pay attention to the blade placement FOR THE ICE CRUSHER mechanism.

Can anyone familiar with the Hotpoint refrig, that has water/crushed ice/cube dispenser in the door, provide me with information on the correct layout of the washers and blades? from back to front?

Thanks.

My efforts now have some crushed ice but mainly cubes still falling when crushed is selected.
