Hot water problem

Had hot water in shower and sink of one bathroom and at dishwasher but none at rear bathroom and kitchen sink. When I would turn the shower and sinks to hot I got no water but get cold when turned to cold. Turned off water main and opened all lines to check for air lock. Now no water except for dishwasher.

Just a guess since it's winter. A frozen pipe?

Hot water problem

It`s so simple your heater is small like they come in sizes i think you have the smallest on the thing you should do for right now is to open half of the cold water and half of hot and then take a bath so it would not be too cold or hot..

The OP indicated that they had NO water in their post. As Joe mentioned it could be a frozen pipe. We will probably never find out as the poster seems to be a "one hit wonder" expecting an instant answer.
