Have you done any trouble shooting at all? I've seen Honda motors on all different brands and types and sizes of pressure washers.

Will it flow water without the hose hooked up?
Does any water come out at all ?...even a trickle?
Can you post a picture o the pump on the bottom? Usually the pump is made by a different manuacturer than the name on the top.
I have ixed a couple o these that had bad "O" rings in the pump and pieces block the outlet ports.

What is your area? When was the last time you used this machine? Good question: Will any water go through the pump with the input water supply hooked up and the pressure washer hose NOT hooked up? The number one problem with most big box store pressure washer's will be rusted internal check valve parts. ALL pressure washer pumps DO NOT necessarily have Stainless Steel internal parts. The majority of these big box store unit's pumps are mass produced for a particular manufacturer seeking the lowest cost they can pay for a pump assembly. IF the motor will fire up, and the coupling to the pump is not compromised, then the rotating internal parts may be working, that does not mean the valves are not rusted up OR even have a tiny piece of trash in one/both valves which renders them useless. Depending on how competent you feel you are with your own pressure washer's pump: Try "Googling" the brand name of the PUMP, not the unit itself, use the model/serial number and you will probably be able to find a repair and/or parts manual online for yours.
