HELP walk in cooler not hittinG 41degress
just opened up a little store and the inspector was apparently hiding behing a bush because five minute after i opened he walked in , first thing he checked was the temp on our walk in , it is an older model wood walk in . he is coming back in four hours to recheck the temp it is currently at 50. i cleaned the coils and put a small fan to it and spraying it with water . still not giving 41deg. Help he wants to close us down.. any advice or tricks to get it to 41 at least for a couple of minutes..thanxxx
