Help!


my window that im trying to open won't stay open and my account is administrator but every thing has a little sheild to the left. im trying to delete my user and make another but it wont stay open. it open than closes relly fast PLEASE HELP!!!!

Is this like crank windows, slide up windows? Also by shield, do you mean the flashing around?

Ok ok I kid, I know you're talking about a computer, but this is an odd section to put it in. :P It sounds like you're using windows vista or windows 7. The shield thing is UAC, which can be turned off. But if windows actually close randomly, it sounds like you have a virus or something. I would do a full scan and start with that.

Help!


Well, the very same thing has happened to my computer today!!!! I cannot even get on the internet, get to my control panel, or use anything. Did some virus hit on the 4th of July?????
