GE Washer extremely loud & lots of movement

I have a GE WJSR2070, it is leveled. The basket is tilted to the right side, this started after my grandmother overloaded it with quite a few heavy comforters. I've tried swapping the basket support (left to right, right to left, did this on both front and rear sets), and the basket is still tilted to the right. I've also disconnected the drain pump, and emptied out the water, but the basket is still tilted to the right. Any other ideas what it might be?
