GE Profile Ice Maker
Ice maker has a hard time dispensing ice.......the design of the ice maker requires the auger to carry ice on an uphill slant then into the dispensing wheel......when the level of ice is low the ice maker has a very difficult time performing this task and is very slow at dropping ice cubes.....it seems to me that the size of the auger is a problem....perhaps if it was bigger it would be able to carry cubes uphill with very few cubes in the bucket but because its overall diameter is small it can't..........am I looking at this problem correct or is something missing?
Any ideas or solutions??????? |
