GE Nautilis leaves 2 cups after wash

Hi.
My dishwasher is leaving behind a 2 cups or so of water after the wash. I removed the filter and kick plate and thoroughly cleaned. I also cleaned the plastic tube that goes from the dishwasher to the disposal, but only where it connects to the disposal. Anyway, I ran it to see if that fixed the problem and it didn't. I think I want to check the plastic tube that leads to the disposal, but this time the connection that is under the dishwasher. What do you think?
