I have a Whirlpool Duet GGW9200LW1 gas dryer with no heat.
I have tested 7 electrical components related to heat. All show continuity both at home on the bench and at the repair shop.
In Diagnostics Mode, no error code shows. I then press the "Hold To Start" button while all the lights are on. Upon pressing this button "06" shows in the display as "Estimated Time Remaining". All indicator lights under "Status" go out except the last one labeled "Control Locked" and the unit fires up! HEEEEELP! My wife is going to kill me if I don't kill her first. It's World War 3 over wet laundry!
