Garbage Disposal - time to replace?

Seems to be stuck... it only hums

I have used the wrench that came with it & it seems to loosen up the flywheel & then runs for a second or two & starts humming again.

Tried a wooden spoon trick too.. no luck

I leave it on long enough & trips the breaker (either on board or electric panel)

I see no visible debris when I look down into the disposal with a flashlight.

Motor going or is the flywheel just really stuck?

Any suggestions?
