Garbage Disposal - Should I be concerned??

I'm in the process of changing a few things out in our kitchen, its the first remodel that I would describe as major. We want to reuse the garbage disposal that is on our current sink in our new one. My concern however, is the condition of the garbage disposal. It looks to have dimples or something similar all over the outer surface of it. Is it still safe to use?

It's reached the end. the casting is deteriorating.
