how much does it cost to run my furnace fan in the summer

Welcome bobbo123, to the best darn DIY'r site on the web.

Cost the same in the summer as it does in the winter.

Continuous running fan up to $40/mth depending on your cost per Kwh.

Figure how many watts it takes (you can use a clamp on meter at the panel, check voltage then multiply by that voltage). then times that by your price per w/h times 24 times 30. Note that this is only an estimate unless you have an expensive true RMS meter that will give you the proper amp reading. Cheaper ones can be off by quite a bit.
