frozen ice maker fill tube

Hello,
My ice maker fill tube is filling with ice!!! The ice mold is full and the ice chunk continues to the tube. I have had to remove the unit to thaw it out. It worked fine overnight but then froze again. What could be causing this?

I recently had a pinhole leak in the fill tube supply and used a quick connect adapter to repair it. Could this be the problem?

Thanks.

the problem is the pin hole in It you should call the company of which you are using the appliance and ask them to send the maintenance officer to your place to check the ice maker.

I would suspect that the end of the tube is now in the water tray. It should not be.

sounds like your fill valve is seeping. You'll have to replace the valve
