Frigidiare Ice Machine won't work

I posted a previous post asking how to take the front off a Frigidaire ice/water dispenser. I figured it out. But I didn't see anything broke so I put it back together. I opened the door and held the light button and pressed the ice dispenser but nothing happened. I noticed the Bar Drive has ice fuzzies on it, Is this normal? Is the motor frozen or what would I need to do to see? I don't here any buzzing or anything. Is the motor bad..I found another on Ebay for a cheaper price..Anyone have any ideal or what I should try next?

I figured this out...I got a new motor.. because I thought the other motor was bad and it wasn't. The old motor was froze up. Anyway I replaced it and the Ice machine still wouldn't work so I looked and looked finally I found a broke piece on the Ice Actuator I super glued it for now and it works.
