Frigidaire water valve relplacement

I purchsed a replacement water valve for my Frigidaire Pro series refrigerator and hooked it up exactly like the old one that I took out. It seems that the water valve is color coded for the lines and solenoids. Before I replaced it I had no problem with the water dispenser or ice maker( the old part was leaking) now with the new one in my water dispenser takes longer to shut off and when the ice maker fills water also comes out of the water dispenser. I have tried reversing the solenoids but that did not help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
