Frigidaire/can't remove front water/ice dispenser

I have a Frigidaire model FRS6L7EESN side by side fridge. The plastic water dispenser lever has broken off and I can't find a way to replace it. The guy at Lowes says there is a screw in the front that helps to remove the entire water/ice unit. I have been over every inch of the outer dispenser and there is no screw or anything else for that matter to remove. I have looked inside and out and I am stuck. There is also nothing in the users manual to show how to remove the unit. Anybody have any suggestions or ideas to help?
