Frigiadire washer fws 645gfs1


what is the fluid contained in the top ring of the wash tub and what is its purpose? i noticed the sloshing of same while replacing the main tub seal.

just curious.

thanks jacque. i can only assume that this liquid must be denser then plain water and is it freeze protected?
