fridge not giving water

it's a brand new fridge, and the water line is hooked up. it makes ice, crushes ice, and the light works on it as well. the only thing that doesn't work is the water.

where should I start looking to get this fixed? I have no previous experience with appliances...

why not call the place where you purchased it and let them deal with it, thats what warranties are for.

Do a key word search on the net on "appliance repair"
There's sites on there with diagrams, FAQ, and some even have on line help.
Your going to need to know your model and serial #.

its a possibility that if it has been running for awhile with nothing in it and no one going in and out of it that the water line inside the refidge may have frozen.
