Freezer ice cold but not freezing food

I have a Frigidaire freezer that the walls are ice cold, but it wont freeze any food. I replaced the thermostat, but it still wont freeze food. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the fan.
Buy a thermometer made for going in a fridge and check both the freezer and ice box.

If the walls are ice cold, anything in there is ice cold. Unless you're standing there with the door open wondering why the food's not frozen. I'll be the third person to say "Use a thermometer." I think you'll find it is not "Ice cold."

Freezer ice cold but not freezing food

I bought one of these because it was more accurate than my hands in judging if my AC was blowing "cold" air or not. Since then I've used it dozens of times for all kinds of things including testing the freezer/fridge.
Order it next day shipping for $3.99 if you have amazon prime and you will have your answer tomorrow the moment you put some batteries into it.
