Hi folks. Just moved into a house and noticed some oddities. This particular one has to do with the way they installed the supply and drain lines for the dishwasher. And the power too. See the picture. I have a feeling I'm going to redo this soon and I'm looking for suggestions for an approach. Should I replace the copper with Pex? What about routing?
You may have to turn your head. The app adds the images as is. When I rotate them on my phone they stay rotated but not on uploading. Sorry.
edit - removed bad attachments and added them to a post further down.
Sorry about the bad previous pictures. These should give a much better "picture" of what I'm dealing with.
The supply/drain/power also run almost directly through the corner cabinet next to the dw. I'd appreciate some suggestions on dealing with this - there are so many other things in this house where it seems that the previous owners put it together just to sell and/or "get by". Wait till I start posting about the basement... in another thread.
