Dryer Vent rerouting question
The "geniuses" that built my house decided to put the dryer vent output on the front porch. This results in a really nasty lint buildup on my front porch. I'll attach a picture.
My question is...can I have a vent tube turn a corner and go along the back wall and out into my flower bushes to the side of the porch? Is there any length of extension or corners that would be too large? Thanks in advance. |

Dryer Vent rerouting question
To long or to many bends and it just does not work as well and will take longer to dry the clothes and will over heat.
No way to tell from that picture what choises you have to reroute it. Is it in the basement? |

Dryer Vent rerouting question
Not in basement. It is just on the other side of that wall where the vent is. You can see the window of the laundry room in the lower left of the pic. The outside vent opening is only about two feet from the dryer through that wall.
