Culligan 89 water softener

I did repairs and disturbed the basic setup of timing cams on rear of timer panel. What is the proper timing sequence of the cams? All of the exploded views I have do not show this view?
The softener runs through the cycles but the drain line runs continuously at a slow rate until total cycles are complete. The salt level or water level does not appear to be affected!
