Clogged line to the icemaker

This line froze last winter and has not let the water through since. I have tapped on the line and it runs a small amount out. What can I do to increase the flow.

Clogged line to the icemaker

Where it's connected to the supply line is there a saddle valve? If so get rid of it.
Replace it with something like this.
