cloged water line in refrigerator

I have a frigidair FRS20ZRG side by side refigerator that has just stop making ice.I checked the pure source plus filter and found it completely cloged up.Even with the filter cloged I could still get water from the door supply .I removed the old filter and replaced with another one that was used but not bad.The water still would not fill the ice tray, but now when I get water from the door the water will flow over the filter and into the refrigerator. It has got to be cloged,so I need to know how to unclog it.Plese help me.Thank you
