Need some help with my carpet cleaner. My carpet cleaner was not spraying water so I googled a little bit and went ahead and clean the tubes around the heater. Put all back together and as I was putting cover on I noticed two wires were just hanging there connected to nothing. I didn't take those off, they must have came off by accident and I plugged in and it won't start now. Would someone be able to tell me where they go? They are coming out of the electrical cord that enters from the back. One is green and the other is white. Thanks.

Green is the ground and white is the neutral. The neutral being disconnected is why the machine won't start. The ground is needed as well to protect you in case of a fault. If you do not know where they go then you will need to take it to an appliance repair shop.
