Dash panel light

deck hand Member   Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 217	Dash panel light Hi anyone I have a 2001 Mercury Sable. The light for the fuel indicator is out. Just this one light only, can you tell me if I can replace this my self.Is it easy to get too? I know a dealer will charge me $ 40.00. Now adays you walk in and their eyes regester " DOLLAR " signs Retired Deck hand

I'm not sure specifically about that model, but most instrument clusters I've seen can be removed by a few screws on the front of them. Then its just a matter of popping the bulb out, and Bob's your uncle.
