Zinsser Bullseye ZERO Primer?

I have gallon of this which was left for me by the owners of my building (what a hodg-podge of product they have left here!). Anyone use it and have any feedback?
What is this best used for? Will it perform well to prime a skim coated wall?

Zinsser Bullseye ZERO Primer?

I've used both Zinsser latex-based and oil-based primers. Never an issue. I have some Zero but I have not used it yet.

OK then.
I'll prime the skim coated foyer with it.

Zinsser Bullseye ZERO Primer?

You could also use it for all the other priming you were intending to do, like the trim, etc.
