What's the correct method on getting the *inside middle* of brushes clean

Brand new brush......cutting in Aura for a good day.
Kept the brush *wet* as consistent as possible.

Damm inside has paint in it that won't rinse 100% clean.
Taking stainless brush and brushing it out....but the brush still has some remnents in it.

Just short of solvents, what is the proper way of cleaning a synthetic brush....

Hot soapy water. You are never going to get it 100% clean, don't worry about it.

Hot soapy water, a brush comb or wire brush and then spin the brush after washing it by hand or with a brush spinner, put the brush back in its case.
