This is probably a question better answered by other residents of your community. Florida is quite a bit different in terms of harsh weather and intense sunlight. I would ask them what they are using on their homes so you can make an informed decision based on local variables.
Many of us on here have our personal preferences. I like Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint because it works well on most of the substrates here in the Midwest and it is reasonably priced. Others like Benjamin Moore, PPG, Valspar, etc.
Also, it can make a HUGE
difference in what you decide to use based on the substrate of your home. Is it stucco, wood, vinyl, fiber cement, etc.
