What do I need to do to my new Rendered Exterior wall?

My new extension is now finishedbut I have been left with a newly rendered outside wall. Anyone able to tell me whatI need to do to it - can I just paint it with exterior paint or does it need sealing first?

You definitely need a primer/sealer first before you paint. Ask a real paint store for the best choice to match your exterior material and to go under whatever you intend to use for your finish coat. You did not mention the material so we cannot help with a recommendation. If the new surface is something like stucco, make sure you let it cure out before even thinking about priming and painting.
