what to do first..flooring?

We are finishing our basement and I am wondering in what order we should proceed with flooring. We are putting tile in the bathroom, putting laminate in the office, carpet throughout the livingroom/hallway and guest room. We are currently in the tape and texture stage and the will be painting. We are very new to all of this any advice would be helpful!!

I would put the tile down first.
Then put down the laminate.
Then finish with the carpet.
The tile and laminate may create dust during install that you do not want to get into the carpet.

Caulk, putty, prime and do a first coat. Then put your flooring down and install all of your quarter round. Once this is done handle the finish coats. Flooring installs rough up the walls and trim 99% of the time. You may find you have to do some more puttying/sanding once the flooring is down before doing your final coat. Carpet is notorious for tearing up the baseboards when installed. Tile grout is another one. This is how most new homes are done in my area.
