What is the best reasonably priced zero VOC paint?
I've already ordered my paint but what would the pros rate as the best reasonably priced zero VOC paint for the other folks on the forum?
Essentially, what's the "best bang for the buck"? |

So far I am not impressed with any Zero voc paint. Zinnser makes a zero primer, called "Zero" that is pretty decent.
I use BM Regal Select- a very low voc paint.

Oh, and anyone other than Ben Moore who puts tint into their paint, is using a glycol based tint- and adding VOCs. BM atm is the only one with a 0 voc tint- the gennex tints.

I didn't know that - but I knew they had to do it to keep up.
What lines do they use it in?

P&L and Davis will likely switch over in the near future as well. Evonik has had a zero VOC tint system out for quite a while now. It does not require the massive investment the Ben Moore system does either. The tints work fine in a standard tint machine so long as it has sealing tips. It's also a direct pour over into the existing system at this point.
If you live on the mid-eastern side of the US I'd recommend Davis Perfection. Zero VOC, Ceramic finish, with Microban. Starts around $30 a gallon.
