Waterproof paint or coating

Project is a water pond and fountain. Pond is about 20 ft x 8 ft x 3 ft. It has some seepage issues and I have just coated it with Dry Lok (2 coats) I want to paint it with a waterproof paint. Note- not a "waterproofing" paint, just a paint to go over the Dry Lok that can take the water. Preferably this would be black or a very dark color.

I think your drylok is going to fail. You need pool paint. Not much else is designed to have water on it like that.

Matthew,
I'm sure you meant well, but please re-read the question, to wit:
"I want to paint it with a waterproof paint."

I was asking if anyone has a suggestion for a paint type product to cover the drylok that comes in black or dark (green, blue, etc.). I have never seen a black swimming pool and have not found a black pool paint nor do I expect to. But I may be wrong.

Marine antifouling bottomside paints come in black. Try a boat shop.

I know what you are saying and asking. You did a first coat with DryLok and that is not meant to go under water.
