Valspar Implement Paint

I will be painting my jD 318 and wondered what type of paint I should use. The tractor will be used a couple hours a week, so it's not like it's a show piece. I've looked at both the Valspar Restoration Series as well as the Valspar Implement Enamel. I can't get the restoration series without ordering it (2 weeks) so I wondered what anyone thought on the implement stuff?

Valspar Implement Paint

Do you use the hardener on both coats or just the final coat?
