urethanizer

Hi all,
I will begin painting my roof again with Lanco urethanizer rubberized paint.
This goes on blue but dries white. Can i add a colour to the paint so that i can keep it the same blue that it is when i put it on.
If so what type of paint should i add.
If not can i paint an acrylic or semi-gloss over the top of the uretheniser and will it adhere ok.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Terry
