Texture paint over wallpaper
Trying my best to avoid taking down old well glued wallpaper. Afraid that taking off will damage drywall. Would rather paint over it for now but want to hide seams and imperfections. Not crazy about faux finishes and was thinking textured paint instead. Any ideas?

Texture paint over wallpaper
I personally am not a fan on textured wall finishes. However they do have there place. Go ahead and try it. I would recommend lightly sanding with about a 80 grit to give the wall-paper tooth and then using a high quality primer over the wall paper first. Then use what ever texture treatment you like the look of. It would be a good idea to try a smaller area to strt incase you are not happy with the results and decide to remove the paper after all.
