Just ordered a cedar swingset for the little ones, and was hoping someone could recommend a long lasting sealer for it. I'm planning on treating the boards before we put it together. We're in the midwest, and it will be in full sun/winter elements.
All good suggestions so far. I also like CWF-UV made by the Flood Co. It's a reasonably priced clear sealer or you can buy the cedar or redwood tones for a bit of color. On something like a swing set you should get at least 3 or 4 years of protection before recoating.
Thank you for all of the recommendations! It snowed about a foot here over the weekend, so now I just need for this weather to cooperate!
Thanks again!
Leanne
